The Kunbi are a caste of landholders and farmers in western India. They are distributed in the states of Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat and Karnataka. Major subgroups include the Dhonoje, Ghatole, Hindre, Jadav, Jhare, Khaire, Lewa, Lonari and Tirole.
